Committee Narrows Consolidation ListOn Saturday, October 9, the School Consolidation Study Committee narrowed the list of schools under consideration for closure to Burbank, Loma Alta and Jackson, and recommended relocating Norma Coombs to the Burbank campus. The decision followed many hours of data anlysis, debate, and community input. The committee's recommendation is advisory, and will be submitted to Superintendent Diaz later this month.
